Managaing Partner:  Steve Buchanan

Steve is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s operations, sales, service delivery & customer care.  In this role he is accountable for the customer experience from the initial sale through to all aspects of post-sales support and issue resolution.  From the late 1980’s Steve has been helping organizations of all sizes develop & implement strategic vision with the effective utilization of technology.

 Prior to starting with Summit he held key roles with businesses in Central PA.  Regional Operations and Financial Management for Crystal Springs Water company, Business Services Management for Pomeroy IT Solutions , and for Inacom Information Systems: Oversight for – Professional & Project Management Services and Life Cycle Management Solutions.

Steve has spent more than 20 years enjoying the ever-changing environment of Information Technology.  He is a graduate of Penn State University and has been active with technology, business/finance and customer services training to offer our clients excellence within our relationship.  Steve and his family reside in Lancaster, Pa..
